HYBRID MEETINGS

In a hybrid meeting, participants meet physically in a room and interact with participants who are connected virtually. Groups of participants can be expanded spontaneously without additional effort and additional target groups can be developed. In addition, experts and speakers can be added flexibly. The sustainability aspect, which is becoming more and more important, is also not to be despised.
 

At Webers Hotel we offer hybrid meetings. Either our weframe 86" multi-touch display with a 4K camera is used for this, or our conference system, which is combined with an HD business webcam and ceiling intercom. In this way, up to 60 participants can take part in the video conference in the room itself. Even under corona-friendly conditions with a minimum distance.
